"Summary of Doa Ibadat" Prophet of Islam Muhammad (sm) said:; And Allaah says in the Qur'aan which He sent down: {Translation: Your Lord says: Call upon Me, I will answer your call. Those who are arrogant in My worship will soon be admitted to Hell, and will be humiliated. --- Surah Al-Mu'min, verse 70.

صَلُّوْا كَمَا رَأَيْتُمُونِى ُْصَلِّىْ ‘You perform salat as you see me performing salat’ ...

Doa means prayer. To ask God for something. Let us all pray for the purification of our hearts, for the forgiveness of sins, for the good, for the deliverance from Satan.

The circumcision method of prayer is to recite Darood Sharif and Isteghfar first and end the Doa with Darood Sharif. The Caliph of the Muslims, Hazrat Omar (may Allah be pleased with him) said:

"The prayers hang between the heavens and the earth until the darood is recited on the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)."

It is mustahab to recite various jikirs and doa-darud after the obligatory prayers. The scholars are of the opinion that this is an important time for accepting prayers. Therefore, as soon as the salaam of the obligatory prayers is returned, it is not proper to get up without dhikr and doa, to start the sunnat after the standing prayers or to leave.

Believing in the heart that everything is by the command of Allah. He is the one who saves from any calamity. He is also the owner of life-death, profit-loss. Healing is in His hands. He is the owner of Afiat-Salamat and peace and security. Allaah declares:

‘The calamity that befalls you on earth or in person is recorded before I do it. That is easy for God. This is so that you may not be saddened by what you have lost, nor be overjoyed at what He has given you. Allah does not like the arrogant and conceited. '(Surah Hadid: verses 22-23)

‘(O Prophet! You) say, we will have nothing but what Allah has ordained for us. He is our guardian. And upon Allah let the believers rely. '(Surat at-Tawba: 51)
