At Axis Spine and Wellness Center we firmly believe that general and spine health starts with a healthy weight. Whether you have 20 pounds or 100 pounds to lose, we developed AXIS RAPID 20 with you in mind. If you desire a more individualized, comprehensive and flexible weight loss program, than this is the program for you.

To start the program, you’ll meet with our highly trained nurse practitioner to discuss your needs and set your goal weight. We’ll then run health assessments to get an accurate picture of your overall health, including:

• Medical history review

• Lab screening

• Electrocardiogram (EKG)

In order to ensure you stay healthy and on track, our nurse practitioner will perform a check-up every 2 weeks during your weight loss.

AXIS RAPID 20 is designed to supply a low-calorie diet at 1000-1,200 calories per day. Since this is a form of a low carb diet, most patients find it easier to sustain as they don’t experience much hunger.
