GuardLink leverages mobile technology to improve public safety and potentially deter criminal acts. Our system is the first incident-sharing platform dedicated to assist private security professionals collaborate geographically.
Everyday you will find security guards from various security guard agencies and other security professionals working in retail shopping centers, residential complexes, office buildings, and other public locations. Because criminal activity often happens in clusters, security professionals need the ability to share real-time information quickly with peers working in the community. When an incident occurs, GuardLink provides security professionals with the ability to send a rapid “Be-On-the-Lookout” Alert to neighboring security guards and executives.
Incident reporting is a vital part of the job, and all security professionals frequently have to complete and submit reports to their superiors and their clients. To facilitate this, the GuardLink system utilizes Dropdown Menus and Voice Dictation to make incident reporting easy. The system gives its users the ability to generate a detailed and properly formatted report. The report includes a description of the incident, details regarding the subjects involved, and any related photos or videos.
This type of communication and collaboration will help security guards and other security professionals better protect themselves, their clients and customers.
GuardLink is currently only available for security professionals working in the state of Georgia. Learn more at www.GuardLinkUSA.com or www.GuardGeorgia.com
