Teamfight Tactics, a mobile offshoot to League of Legends, is getting ready to launch a first-of-its-kind experimental PvE mode following the recent addition of Magic 'n Mayhem. This shift from the primarily PvP-centric content signifies a new path for the game. So, what does Tocker's Trials entail? We shall explore.
Crucially, this mode is time-limited and revolves around the plethora of content recently rolled out in Magic 'n Mayhem. Just like a regular game, this mode lets you access the current set's characters and augments, gain gold, and level up. However, charms will be conspicuously absent in these Trials.
In the Tocker's Trials, you are tasked to win 30 rounds, and beat six bosses, all within a limit of three lives! Luckily, the solo nature of this mode means less waiting. Fancy showing off your skills? Show your high score on the leaderboards!
Moreover, Chaos Mode will be included in Tocker's Trials. Specifics are still sparse, but after finishing the normal mode, you can take on this new variant by yourself. As per the TFT team, "there's a reason it's called that." An ominous undertone indeed.
Tocker's Trials is set to launch with patch 14.17 on 27th August and will remain active until 24th September.
