“ UniRef Customer Care “ is the official App of Uni Ref. The App enables you to quickly log a service complaint for any uni ref product you may have and Monitor its status. To Log a Complaint or request a service , just tap on book your service / complaint button on the app dash board, a ticket number will be generated and a technician will be assigned to you which can be tracked and escalated through the booking status history. The App also has temperature view facility where you can view your Equips temperature.

We provide cold storage solutions for all types of facilities including Multi Produce, Palletized, Pre-Cooling Rooms, Controlled Atmosphere (CA) Store, Banana Ripening facility, Potato cold storage, modular cold rooms, IQF, Blast Freezer, Ice Cream & Dairy products, large fruits and vegetables cold storage units and many other applications.
