For each payment transaction on Stellar network you will see a rocket going to the moon. Above rocket you will see an amount of cryptocurrency send and a memo of that transaction if there is one. Payments are made in cryptocurrency Stellar, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and other.
You can also see how many users are currently online in the app.
There is also a way to see all transactions that have happened during the period you were inside Transactions of Stellar Network app.
