Torgsoft mobile application

This is a new Torgsoft mobile application, version 2.0.

The Torgsoft v.2.0 application works only together with the product accounting program Torgsoft 2022.2.0 and versions above.

By default, the Torgsoft mobile application is connected to the test database so that you can evaluate the application's capabilities, try to sell the product, and test the available modes.

To work with your database, you need to activate the "Torgsoft Mobile Application" license and change the system settings of the server address and port.

Functions of the mobile application

New options of Torgsoft v.2.0

Working with promotions: entering the promotional barcode in the sale and the barcode for the "Bring a friend" promotion.

Calculation sheet for an employee: in the mobile application, you can view your work schedule, breakdown by goods, works and operations, payment list. This is convenient for remote employees - freelancers who do not want to give access to the server.

Financial accounting — settlement with personal, non-accountable funds: in the "Financial operations" section, it is possible to enter payment with personal money.

Unpaid realizations in the mode "Accepting and issuing orders" for work according to the scheme: creation of an order with goods → payment for the goods at the cash register using the order number → delivery of the goods to the client against a paid check. And also — registration of the team and printing of the order receipt from the mobile application.

Selection of an employee in a customer's order, to analyze who sold how much from the sellers.

Addition of a new wholesale customer in sales and customer order, for quick acceptance of orders from wholesalers.

Assembling a car kit in implementation - the kit is sold and assembled automatically.

Unknown payments. The function is useful when the entrepreneur himself checks and confirms the fact of payment for the goods. The account owner enters the fact of payment in unknown payments. Employees - attach this payment to the account, print the invoice and send the goods.

Equipment accounting. Accounting of goods and material values ​​used in the enterprise, fixing their cost and depreciation, attaching to the employee or the premises, recording inventory numbers, printing bar codes and labeling of goods.
