Hazrat Makal bin Yasar narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: A person who recites it three times in the morning will say, Then recite the last three verses of Surah Al-Hashr [Huwallahullaji La-Ilaha to the end]. Then Allah appointed 60,000 angels for that person. Those who pray for forgiveness for that person till evening. And if the man dies in the middle of this time, then he is a martyr. And the person who reads it in the evening has the same dignity. [That is, 70,000 angels pray for forgiveness of sins from Maghrib to morning, and if they die at that time, they will get the reward of martyrs].
