New Taipei City citizens can bind to the New Taipei Disaster Prevention E-point pass account to obtain information on places of interest and subscribe to message items to filter out the need for instant messages.

[Disaster prevention resources] You can find and guide citizens to the nearest shelters, medical institutions, borrow free life jackets, AED installation locations, etc., and guide citizens to park their vehicles in nearby open temporary parking sections and schools when typhoons occur.

【119 Fire Report】provides that citizens of New Taipei City can report 119 cases through the APP, and can also allow people with sufficiency to report the case online. When reporting the case, the latitude and longitude of the location and live images of the location can be sent through the characteristics of the APP for the 119 command center to use these Information, provide disaster relief resources more quickly and accurately.
