The application is timed to coincide with the centenary of the All-Russian Thermal Engineering Institute. VTI was created at the time of the formation of the domestic power engineering and united the leading scientists-heating engineers of the country within its walls. A hundred years later, it still plays a key role in the development of the entire energy industry.
