Advagym Support helps you manage your hardware at your gym

Welcome to Advagym and the support app. This app is intended for staff or service crew only! The app enables anyone to easily connect the hardware with the service at a gym. Using the step by step guides, you get an efficient workflow and can focus on getting the gym up and running without interrupting daily operations at the facility.

Configure your hardware

Easily go through each machine and zone at the gym. Connect a machine by following the step by step guide. End by adding an associated puck and place a sticker on the machine. For zones, simply add a puck, follow the step by step guide and associate the puck with an exercise or configure it as an info zone.

Troubleshoot

The support app allows you to troubleshoot the observer. Follow the step by step guide and change or remove the observer. When replacing hardware, the support app will automatically test and configure the new hardware. You don’t need to worry about losing data. The support app will ensure you keep your previously collected analytics for the machines.

Connect with exercises

Advagym allows to customize your gym. Every exercise can be tailored to your machines. When installing at the gym, your gym manager has the option to customize the standard machines. As an installer you don’t need to worry about what exercises to use, it will automatically be filtered for that gym.

Customization

Advagym can be customized to fit your gym. As a gym admin, you may customize the machine exercises in advance or after the installation, making it easy to setup your facility according to you way of working.

For installers

In order to make an installation or service of the hardware using this application, please make sure you have been given the credentials for that gym. If you are not authorized for a setting up a gym using the app, contact your gym admin and ask for an admin role for your user account. The role can be set in the Advagym web-tool.
