The need to deliver accurate health service delivery with respect to Sexual and Reproductive Health among young people and adolescents is highly imperative in the social context of Pakistan. Sadly, the physical uptake of such services is still a distant dream for many because of stereotypical nuances developed over a vicious chain of uninformed and prejudiced unawareness. To break the barrier, an innovative and significant leap of faith has been undertaken by Rutgers WPF in terms of a mobile app called "My Body".

The app covers areas of significance such as puberty, psychological changes of the mind as well as the physical ones. It caters to both girls and boys and is highly interactive in terms of being age appropriate and serves as an immediate guidebooks that makes young people and adolescents aware of the problem they are facing. The app serves as an indispensable information platform to deal with the immediate and highly important issues of young people and adolescents. The app also gives out useful information about Sexually Transmitted Diseases, their prevention and their identifiable characteristics. The app imparts knowledge about dealing with anger management, stress, peer pressure among many other critical aspects to the well-being and health of young people and adolescents.
