Easily, efficiently, and securely share files between user profiles.
* Local File Sharing (LFS) was designed for use with the official Android multiuser feature. Vendor-specific and third-party multiuser solutions are not supported.
* The initial release of LFS shares only individual files, not whole folders. Folder support is coming soon.
* LFS is limited by the capabilities of your documents providers. For issues with individual providers, please contact the developers of those apps.
* The current release of "Secure Document Storage" does not support sharing files using LFS. We will release an updated version of "Secure Document Storage".
* To access shared files from within an app, the app must support Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF). For issues with individual apps, please contact the app's developer.
* The LFS icon in the status bar indicates that LFS is available, but LFS does not use any CPU time when not in use. LFS does not drain your battery.
Local File Sharing requires permission to read contact information in order to determine the names of the users on your device. Local File Sharing does not have permission to access the Internet. Your information stays on your device.
