Tool designed to assist the Omer count.

To contact the egregore of "Counting of the Omer", all you need to do is to separate 05 minutes daily for a small meditation, forty and nine days. Meditation should happen between 18.00 the day regarding the meditation until at 0600 the next day, that is, we have 12 hours to choose 05 minutes. From 06:00 until 18:00 the next day try to perform the exercise in meditation proposed the previous day.

The intent of the tool is to pass the necessary information to perform the meditation.
