Khat farisi

Khat diwani

This calligraphy was developed by ibrahim munif calligrapher, then perfected by shaykh hamdullah and calligrapher daulah usmani in turki end of the 15th century and early 16th century. The beauty of his writing depends on his line of play occasionally on certain letters high or decreasing far beyond the horizontal line. This calligraphy is a diwani style development. This style of calligraphy was introduced by hafiz usman, a prominent calligrapher to the Ottoman Turks in Turkey. The anatomy of the letters diwani Jali is basically similar to Diwani, but much more ornamental solid, and sometimes piled up. Unlike the diwani who are not in jopian diwani jali opposite very abundant. This abundant harak is more intended for decorative purposes and does not entirely serve as a punctuation.
