If you want to make a special request to Santa, simply write your message and send it to Gnomes around the world directly by the app. But remember that the Gnomes are very busy, and sometimes they sleep all day. So do not be sad if your answer takes a while.

You can also become an authorized Gnome and help answer some cards. In this case remember to respond with warm and cheerful messages, as there is someone very eager to receive a response from an official Santa Gnome.
