Christian Stronghold Church is a non-­-traditional church founded in 1995 by Pastor Hal Johnson, Sr and is located in east Dallas. Its name is based on Nahum 1:7, which reads: “The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and He knoweth them that trust in Him.” Christian Stronghold Church exists to make a positive impact for Christ in the community and consistently strives to make its vision of “transforming lives by the power of God” a reality.
