Nidaan is a comprehensive patient management system for doctors. Nidaan enables patients to interact with their doctors seamlessly and efficiently. Nidaan makes doctor’s work easy, and improves patients' access to the doctor. Doctors save time and can provide better care that allows patients to have good health and well being.

This system has a clinic management component that allows doctors to track every call from a patient so that the patients can be looked after well. To support this, calls can be uploaded from clinic cell phones with doctor’s permission, and doctor’s administrative staff can view these calls on a dashboard and manage them appropriately. Through this system the clinic staff can distinguish between calls that have been attended to and those that still need to be worked on. This system therefore works as a customer relationship management (CRM) system for Doctors.

In addition Nidaan helps doctors through all aspects of follow up care from appointments to virtual consulting, medical records and full secretarial service.
