With the app, you can stay informed about your condominium/association from anywhere.

The Pilotis Condomínios App offers easy and practical solutions for interaction between residents/associates, property managers and administrators.

Check out some of the available features:

Make reservations and check the availability of common spaces/services;

Access condominium news;

Access condominium/association documents (such as meeting minutes, conventions or accountability documents).

Communicate with the property manager and administrators through self-service;

Create a relationship network through classifieds and lost and found items;

**IMPORTANT**: Before installing the application on your cell phone, make sure it has already been purchased by your condominium administration. Without this requirement, it is not possible to install and use the system!

Then download and activate your access account. This activation can be carried out in two ways: through an invitation sent by email by your condominium administration or through the application itself (simply click on the “Register” option, using the identifier number described on your bill).
