Defensoria RJ is the app that puts the Public Defender's Office in Rio de Janeiro closer to you. In this increasingly digital world, it is always good to be able to access information and services quickly and comfortably. Therefore, the app aims to shorten the distance and facilitate contact between the citizen and the institution.

Just install, register with your personal data and verify your identity. The application will be at your disposal for scheduling remote and face-to-face appointments; forwarding of documentation; consultation, rescheduling and cancellation of appointments; interaction between users and the Ombudsman; in addition to monitoring and information on processes, subpoenas and actions filed by the agency.

With this new tool, it will be even easier to seek the services of the Defender and receive feedback on your case.

The application comes to aggregate in the provision of services of the Defender and will be another channel of access to the body next to 129, phone number of the Citizen Relationship Center (CRC) and the headquarters spread throughout the State.
