Volunteering is the allocation of some of the human private time to public action through a commitment not to a career but a moral and sentimental commitment stemming from the conscience of man and is also an honest competition to serve human and societal goals.

The Dubai Ambulance Service (DFS) knew that volunteer ambulance work is dedicated to providing ambulatory care as a first-time emergency responder in the community with the will of individuals and volunteers. To the health and well-being of the community at any time when they can be with human interest and free of charge we developed a special methodology for the management of volunteers will help to develop a clear guidance system to ensure the achievement of voluntary ambulatory service to the community.
