Designed to interact with the citizens of the Russian Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation abroad

Appendix "Foreign Assistant" is intended to interact with the citizens of the Russian Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation abroad, informing them of the projected or emergencies occurred in the host country. In addition, the application allows you to get access to the necessary information about the countries, the Russian Foreign Ministry institutions abroad and other useful information.

Main features of the application:

- Communication on the phone with the Crisis Center MFA of Russia (the ability to make a call or request a callback).

- Registration of stay abroad of Russia. This information is necessary for the Russian Foreign Ministry to respond more effectively to emergency and crisis situations that may be affected are Russian citizens abroad, in particular, to send emergency notifications to users.

- View the news, the Russian Foreign Ministry statements and emergency notifications (including with reference to the terrain map) on the projected onset emergencies and recommended actions.

- Express delivery of SMS-messages about emergency situations on selected rooms. By means of the application interface (contact list of loved ones, which the user wishes to notify shall be made to them in advance).

- Notification of the Russian Foreign Ministry on emergency, which is witnessed by the user.

The appendix contains useful information available in offline mode:

- Directory of Russian diplomatic missions (with addresses, phone numbers, time of receipt), with the ability to display them on an interactive map and search closest to the user.

- Background information about foreign countries (general information, the entry / exit visa, sanitary-epidemiological situation, personal safety standards and recommendations related to behavioral characteristics, style of dress, laws).

- Helpful tips for traveling abroad (preparation for the trip, documents, legal guide, ways to avoid unpleasant incidents during the trip).

- Rules of conduct in emergency situations (action in case of loss of passport, arrest, natural disasters, etc.).
