Here are some of the tips to complete this 30 day jumping jacks challenge. Always try to keep your body hydrated and for that its better to drink a minimum of 2.5 to 3 liters of water each day. Forget processed or canned foods and go for whole foods when ever possible. Green smoothies are one of the best pre workout and post workout drinks to recover your body and finally its better to take smaller portions of food many times in a day instead of having one big meal.
