Digitalization process of issue of Photo Identity Card with unique ID number issued by the Railway.

To ease the process of issuing Photo Identity Card to Divyang persons, and to further implement the Govt. of India initiative of “Digital India”, digital process of issue of unique Identity Card through mobile application and website based process named as “HARSHI-19” – BRINGING SMILE. & harshi19uniqueid.co.in by Mumbai Division Western Railway.

• Mobile APP and Website based Registration of applications.

• Online submission of the documents for verification by the Divyang persons will need to come only once to collect the unique identity card along with the original certificates.

• The applicants will get the status of each and every process and will be able to track his application through the SMS’s received on his registered mobile.
