To prepare store-bought couscous, line the bottom of a casserole dish with 3 cups (710 mL) of couscous spread in a thin layer. Bring 4.5 cups (1,100 mL) of water to a boil, then add salt and oil to the water. Carefully pour the water into the casserole dish with the couscous, then cover the dish with plastic wrap.
