JaBIT is an interval training app, designed to be intuitive and easy to use, while packing many advanced features under the hood. It can be used for any kind of training that can be divided into intervals (like running, biking, lifting weights, circle training, tabata...)
While there are a ton of timers out there for tabata intervals, very few offer the kind of powerful drag and drop to create new workouts that JaBIT does. It even supports nested intervals for those really advanced workouts.
If you are a cyclist, JaBIT has some extra features for you, in that it is built with support to display heart rate, cadence and power information.

* Device support - view and record heart rate, power and cadence data from connected ANT+™ and Bluetooth LE devices ( if your device supports it)
* Wearables - Display and control workouts from a connected Android Wear watch or send workouts to a Garmin device (with the "JaBIT for Garmin" app installed) and run them on the device.
* Music - Synchronize your intervals to music and/or YouTube videos. You can also listen to IceCast radio stations while working out.
* Other features - Complete history of done workouts, export/import workouts (or share with friends), share workout info to social media, set targets for cadence, power and heart rate per interval, train using your heart rate zones, estimate calories burned during workout.
