SHINKEN in Japanese means a combat-ready sword. It also means Serious and diligent manner of practicing.

Shinken app aims to develop the skills of learners by aiding better information retention and application of information on the job, helping increase the module completion rates and providing the learners with just-in-time support.

With the help of the gamification app, SHINKEN, understanding concepts related to a variety of complex subjects are fun and engaging.

The Instructor-led training courses are converted into an engaging gamification based learning module.

The content is divided into various levels of assessments.

Learners have to clear each level to advance to the next with a minimum score. In the interim, they can learn through various resources like bite-sized videos, interactive learning tools, articles, and so on.

Using Game-mechanics (Points, Leaderboards, Rewards, Feedback and Progress analytics, etc.), learners are likely to engage better with learning initiatives. The platform also offers an equal opportunity to all team members to demonstrate their proficiency in skills by playing simple, yet competitive multi-level Assessments.

It uses and Artificially intelligent 'bot' to offer a real-time 2-player game-like quizzes to make it a healthy competitive game. The app also uses 'Spaced Repetition', a proven approach that ensures that the knowledge your gain is tested over a period of time. This makes the retention of knowledge easier and for a longer duration.
