The five pillars of Islam define the basic identity of Muslims.
Islam has five primary obligations, or pillars of faith, that each Muslim must fulfill in his or her lifetime. They are as follows:
1- FAITH
2- PRAYER (SALAH)
3- THE ZAKAT
4- THE FAST
5- THE PILGRIMAGE (HAJJ)
