ABO ON SWISSPASS
Buy or renew your personal ZVV / Z-Pass subscription directly in the app. All you need is an existing SwissPass and you can reference your personal subscription directly to the SwissPass via the app. When you log in, the subscription can be displayed directly in the app using 'SwissPass Mobile' during a check.
TICKETS AND MULTICARDS
Redeem or validate your ZVV / Z-Pass tickets and multi-tickets as well as tickets for national transport (for travel throughout Switzerland) - fast, flexible and exactly when you need it: just before boarding. Your ticket is valid from the time of purchase / validation and will be displayed immediately in the app.
The tickets are personalized. Each traveler must be recorded only once. As main users, you have the option of entering your SwissPass (or Half-Fare Card). During a check then only the e-ticket must be presented. Tickets, e.g. could not be demonstrated due to empty battery, can be checked later for a processing fee.
CHECK-IN TICKET IN MARKET TEST
With the check-in ticket, buying a ticket in the ZVV ticket app is even easier: With the new function, you only have to check in before your trip and check it out again after the trip - done! The app then calculates automatically per day the correct price for all trips made and also takes into account your existing ZVV subscription. The new function is nationwide, but not yet suitable for fellow passengers.
