This application gives option to make daily attendance entries(Time In, Break Out, Break In, Time Out) of your worker.

USER TYPES:

- Administrator

- Timekeeper

- Site Inspector

- Employee

FEATURES:

1. Add employees/Timekeeper/Site Inspector.

2. Mark attendance.

3. Overtime attendance.

3. Pending attendance.

4. View Approved attendance in a list.

7. Compute Salary and Export to excel.

- Administrator, Timekeeper and Site Inspector user has authorities for adding and updating employees, marking their attendance but only Admin can generate their salary.

1.) For adding employees fill-out required fields in add employee form, that includes Name, Address, Mobile Number, Designation, Site, Work Schedule, and Amount per Day.

2.) For marking attendance click Mark Attendance fill-out required fields in mark attendance form, that includes Upload Image, Select batch of employees, Date, Punch type(Time In/Break Out/Break In/Time Out), and Punch Time. After submission, wait for admin approval.

3.) For requesting overtime fill-out required fields in mark attendance form, that includes Select batch of employees, Date, and Scheduled Punch Time. After submission, wait for admin approval. In this module the submitted attendance will reflect as employees scheduled overtime. Time out will served as actual overtime.

4.) View submitted/pending attendance in this module user can view uploaded photo and approved attendance for administrator.

5.) View approved attendance history of employee/s. Just select punch time to view details of approved attendance.

6.) Sites is for available work place of employees.

7.) Work schedule, as title itself a work schedule for employee including(Time In, Break Out, Break In, Time Out).

8.) Process daily time record for approved attendance and export excel to user's internal storage.

Employees can also check their attendance history by making EMPLOYEE authentication using the mobile no which they provided at the time of new employee entry
