Take all the details of your school activity with you on your phone or tablet. After downloading the details of an activity, you can view and use it offline.

Details include:

• information relevant to the school trip (times and locations, list of attendees, etc.)

• emergency contact numbers for all attendees

• medical and/or dietary information for all attendees

• an attached risk assessment

So even if you are on a trip with no data connection, you still have access to all the critical information needed.
