The UMP45 submachine gun has 3 settings: single, burst, and full auto. Using .45 ACP ammo, its capacity is 25 rounds or 35 with an extended mag.

Attachments

Grip: Vertical Foregrip

To reduce vertical recoil and improve stability.

Magazine: Extended Quickdraw Mag

Pick the best and fastest reload mag available. Otherwise, an extended mag will do for the interim.

Muzzle: Compensator

The compensator is preferred to reduce both horizontal and vertical recoil.

Aiming Sight

UMP45 has an iron peep sight to improve accuracy and the shooter's focus. However, it's harder to be aware of the surroundings when aiming or firing.

Ballistics

Without attachments, shots from the UMP45 have a fairly big dropoff with some horizontal deviation.

With full attachments (compensator and vertical foregrip), the first 10 shots have a fairly straight trajectory, but with horizontal deviations for shots thereafter, with an even bigger dropoff.

Overall, the UMP45 still performed very well and its recoil is easy to control.

Conclusion

UMP45 performed admirably in close range with full attachments. Not much of a struggle to control frontal recoil and the shots clustered well. An excellent SMG.
