Please Read & Accept Following Terms & Conditions.

1. FULL TIFFIN: 4 PHULKA / 1 GRAVY SABJI / 1 DRY SABJI / 1 DAL / 1 RICE / SWEET or SALAD.

However it can be CUSTOMISED as per your MEAL PLAN.

2. NEW CUSTOMERS have to book Tiffin by Depositing Rs. 1000 as Booking Amount. On 5th Day If you like the Food Pay till 31.st If don’t like HBB CORPORATION will REFUND remaining Amount.

3. TIFFIN CANCELLATION TIME for LUNCH is a day before by 8 PM & DINNER by 1 PM same day. After that TIFFIN can be cancelled but CHARGEABLE.

4. We work 365 DAYS Kindly inform about Cancellation of Tiffin on PAID HOLIDAY also.

5. Please do not Inform Delivery boy about CANCELLATION that will not be granted, you have to cancel Tiffin, using APPLICATION or SMS to designated Planning & Cancellation Team.

6. Regular Customers are requested to PAY BEFORE 10th of Every Month in ADVANCE if not Paid Tiffin will be on HOLD. Any Cancellation adhering to the Timeline (Point 3), Excess Amount will be CARRY FORWARDED to Next Month Calculations.

7. PAYMENT made through NETBANKING/UPI/CASH must be confirmed using APPLICATION or SMS. Ensure an UPDATE of the same.

8. We Maintain HIGH LEVEL OF HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS. However still if any health related issue arises HBB CORPORATION will not be held Responsible as Unintentional.

9. Returning EMPTY TIFFIN is responsibility of Customer. If Tiffin is misplaced Rs. 500 will be charged as Penalty. However if Delivery Boy is not Picking up Tiffin Please call immediately.

10. Please RINSE TIFFIN with Water, No need to use Detergent, This is to maintain HYGIENE. We have 5 stage Cleaning System to ensure Proper cleaning
