IV Insulin Guide is based on a protocol used in Jabalpur Hospital & Research Centre since last five years.The protocol is tested in more than 1000 patients.We have used this system in MICU,SICU & even in general wards.Over the years we have fine tuned the algorithm so that it's performance is comparable to established international protocols.we have incorporatedelements of Yale and Portland Algorithms.It takes about 4-6 hours to propel blood glucose in desired range and longest duration for which we have kept a patient on IV Insulin with this system is 10 days.
