A pull-up is an upper-body compound pulling exercise. Pull ups are a unique exercise which recruit 13 different muscles which makes it a difficult movement yet offers the most reward for any single movement. Being able to perform multiple pull ups is a true gauge of one’s strength and only possible if your power to weight ratio is within a healthy range.

50 Pullups Workout Challenge helps you to increase amount of pull-ups up to 50 at a time in short time with system generated workout plan for 3 days based on your test results.

Do pull-ups for 3 days as per workout plan and take rest on 4th day. Do test pull-ups as much you can do at a time and set your test result. System will generate next 3 days pull-ups workout plan based on your test results if your result is less than 50.

App also displays statistics and history of day wise pull-up workouts done. You can also reset or clear your pull-up workout plans. You can set time of daily reminder to do pull-ups workout.
