Doctors Can Provide Online Consultancy Services

With the edoktor Physician application, doctors can provide services to patients for a fee. This is the application that doctors will use and the application that patients should use is different.

Registration procedures

To start the registration process, you must first download the application. Then open the application and let's complete the registration process together!

First, you will be asked to enter your number in the window that opens. Enter your number without a leading zero. After logging in, you will be asked for a confirmation code for confirmation. The confirmation code is the 6-digit code sent to your phone via SMS. After entering the code correctly, the page that opens asks for some information for registration.

First, you must upload a profile photo by pressing the circle at the top. This process is not mandatory. Then fill in the name, surname and institution fields. These parts are mandatory. You can enter information about yourself where it says CV.

Appointment Making Process

When the home page opens, click on the appointment section below. When you make an appointment here, a calendar will open on the screen. Go to the month in which you want to make an appointment with the right and left buttons at the top of the calendar. Then click on the day you want to select and select that day in the orange box. By clicking the add calendar button at the bottom right, you will be taken to the area where you will select the appointment details.

You must press the time button at the top and select the time you want to make an appointment by either typing it manually or by touching it on the clock. Then you press OK and go back to creating an appointment. You click on the price section below and enter the appointment fee, with the minimum being 50 TL and the maximum being 1000 TL. You choose your appointment time from the time box below. If you want to make a change in the date, you can press the date button below and rearrange the date.

If you want it to remain the same, the last thing you can do is to choose one of the options in the repeat calendar button at the bottom. If you do not want to make an appointment at that time again, click on the option "No repeat", if you want to make an appointment at that time every day, every day, if you want to make an appointment at that time every week, on the same day every week, and if you want to make an appointment once a month, click on the same day every month.

If you press the every month button, the option "How many times should it be repeated?" will appear at the bottom and you can choose how many months it should be repeated in this way. Finally, to make an appointment, you complete the appointment process by pressing the plus button on the top right. Then the doctor makes the appointment and the customer chooses the doctor's appointment.

If the doctor has made an appointment, he can check how many appointments he has in the "next appointment" section on the home page. If an appointment has been made and the customer has made an evaluation, they can see it in the evaluation section on the home page.

How to Cancel an Appointment

Doctors have the right to cancel the appointment.

To Make an Appointment

To make an appointment, you must open the appointment section in the application, click on the appointment and click start appointment. You cannot make calls unless you give camera and microphone approval.

Doctors' Message Sending Process

Doctors cannot initiate the direct message first. However, if someone sends you a message, enter the message section to reply. Click on the incoming message. Write your message in the section that opens and send it.

Payment Withdrawal Process

To receive payment, you must have at least 1000 TL accumulated in your account. If the money in your account reaches 1000 TL and you want to withdraw, enter the account section.
