Holly Tree is North Kesteven's premier soft play barn, party venue, restaurant and conference facility, in the beautiful countryside of Washingborough.

Our multi level soft play frame is suitable for your energetic and adventurous under 9's. Our younger visitors have their own dedicated baby and toddler room, full of fun, age appropriate toys and equipment, suitable from birth to 4 years. We have lots of interactive sessions available, please visit our Groups and Classes page for lots of things to do, for children of all ages. Our outdoor play area allows you to relax with a coffee and cake, even on warm days, whilst your children run around an explore our various hand made play equipment.
