The National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus together with CB Mobile presents an app with augmented reality!

Augmented reality in the application Mastacki: LIVE will help you look at the paintings in a new perspective. See how portraits and landscapes will change when viewed through smartphones and other mobile gadgets. AR Museum will allow you to combine long-standing art and modern technologies. You can bring your paintings to life in the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus and beyond.

In the app you can see a portrait of M. Chagall, written by his teacher, a picture of Minsk on July 3, 1944, written by V. Volkov, a portrait of M. Vielgorsky, written by K. Bryullov, "Winter dream" by V. Byalynitsky-Birulya and many others. Thanks to modern technologies, you will also be able to see the originals of I. Aivazovsky.

With help of the app you will see how the works of classical painting come to life. Just point the camera of your phone or tablet at the pictures and they will turn into 3D animations in augmented reality. Perhaps this app will help you better understand art thanks to augmented reality (AR) technology.
