PZ Inspector は、家主、不動産所有者、不動産管理者が不動産物件を検査するために使用します。アプリを使用すると、現場検査が可能になり、物件の状態を記録できます。テンプレートは、検査官がプロパティを案内するために使用されます。検査員は検査した各部屋とアイテムについて、状態を記録し、メモを取り、写真を撮り、必要な修理/交換のための作業指示書を作成できます。作業指示書は、電子メール/SMS 通知によってベンダーに割り当てられます。検査レポートが生成され、不動産管理者や所有者に電子メールで送信できます。レポートは、今後の参照のために PropertyZar のプロパティにも保存されます。所有者は物件の状態に関する定期的な最新情報を受け取ることができ、以前の検査と比較することができます。最新バージョン 2.0.4 の更新情報
