I have a razor phone 2 with 8 GB ram I think my phone is fine but what ever I'm buying Asus rog 2 when it comes out so :P

They don't even know how to setup server transfers you have to much faith in them and no I have nbn which is between 80-100mb per sec I know that's slow in the us but here it's the fastest we have available and its more then enough for online gaming that only need around 15 mb per sec

Other than that idk... i have sht service here too and its not just Netease games i lag on its pretty much all games, however i also only have 2GB RAM and never have much space on my internal lol. 
When Im chillin at my local coffee shop though i was having no issues whats so ever... except when i have no space on my internal, always having to delete crap but when i do its pretty much flawless.
