As weightlifter, powerlifter or bodybuilder you know that maximum strength testing can be dangerous, specially in big lifts like bench press, squat and deadlift. Its important to know your one rep max to target your training to right zone of weights.
One rep max can be counted from reps you can lift with lighter weight. This excercise calculator has 7 most common formulas like Epley and Brycki. You can also use average of all different estimates.
Program can also find maximum force formula that applies best for YOU! Have to test sets with different weights - remember to have enough rest between sets. Give sets and reps to calculator and it finds suitable formula for you.
Program counts weight for few commonly used rep schemes - like 5x5, GVT (German volume training), pyramid...
Weights can be calculated backward to resolve maximum weight for reps between 1 and 12.
Formulas are suitable for kilograms and pounds.
All values are integers.1RM estimates are not that precise - they dont need decimal numbers.
