The base application utilizes bluetooth beacons (and/or Qr-codes) to give educational, turistic or commercial hints about point of interest near you. Needed bluetooth 4.0 or more and Android Kit-kat or more
CAUTION: the base app is usefull only in places "vCity" compliant (it is a QR-code reader anyway).
When registered to a Play2Gather Event, the app becomes the base tool to play. More informations on
