Features of APNA Mahilanidhi Application

1) SHG Accounting Login

Access to the APNA Mahila Nidhi application is limited to authorized users. If the user mobile number is registered, then the app automatically redirects the user from the login page to dashboard page otherwise it shows message that your mobile number is not registered in Alert box.

Step 1: To log in to the application, the user should register their mobile number. For registration user should enter mobile number then click generate OTP button.

Step 2: Enter received OTP then click on submit Button.

Step 3: After successful login user navigate to Dasboard page.

This section contains five options:

• DCB Report

• Member-wise Repayment Details for Adjustment

• Member wise Request for Credit

• SHG and Member Profile

• MIS Reports

• EMI

• Pre-Closure Report

Using DCB Report:

DCB Report page contains two options:

DCB At a Glance and Member wise Reports.

DCB AT a Glance: By clicking DCB at a Glance app will be redirected to page where latest due date, Total Loan outstanding, Total demand in financial year, Total collection in financial year, overdue, to be paid amount details will be displayed.

By click on a member name in DCB at a Glance screen it will be redirected to Member wise DCB details

Member Wise Details : By clicking Member-wise Details it redirects to the page where all SHG members' name will be displayed. BY clicking on the member's name, it redirects to the page where SHG Member DCB details will be displayed.

Using Member-wise Repayment Details for Adjustment:

Step 1: It shows list of unadjusted entries of Shg. When user clicks on unadjusted entry, the user will navigate to page where user have to enter total amount of each SHG Member and submit.

Using Member-wise Request for Credit:

It shows shg members list. When user clicks on shg member it navigates to another page where user should enter required loan amount, should select purpose, sub project purpose, month in which loan required then click on submit button.

Using SHG and Member Profiles:

In SHG and Member Profile user can see SHG details and each member details.

Using MIS Reports:

MIS Reports contains Loan Disbursement Status

Loan Disbursement Status: When user click on Loan Disbursement Status it shows list of loan disbursement status of all SHG Members

EMI : This screen is an EMI repayment calculator and is a WebView where we can enter loan amount, select No of Installment and Rate of Interest.

Pre-Closure Report: This Screen is a WebView which shows the pre-closure report of the SHG.
