The LAB offers Pilates classes (Reformer, Studio, Motr), Functional Training and Body Flying (suspension training), which can be accessed with a single package of lessons. We also offer Pilates Matwork, Yoga (Vinyasa flow, Hatha), Postural Gymnastics and specific classes for Teenagers, available with a monthly subscription.

The lessons carried out on large machines host a maximum number of 6 people, those carried out on the mat with the use of small tools host a maximum number of 10. Private lessons and lessons in pairs are also available by appointment.

The classes, made up of small groups, give importance to the quality of teaching and the execution of the movement itself.

The professionalism and experience of the highly trained and constantly updated teachers allow the exercises to be modified according to personal needs.

Our services are suitable for everyone. The classes are aimed at improving the level of fitness as well as re-educating posture through particular attention to the muscle groups most frequently involved in trauma.
