I add these stickers and use after sometime it's not available in my WhatsApp.

Ans:

Some phone doesn't allow this app to run in background.

Goto

Settings-->Battery-->Battery Optimization and then choose Rajnikant WhatsApp Sticker then choose "Don't Optimize".
