Eugene Kwame Marfo known in showbiz as Kuami Eugene is a fast rising Ghanaian highlife, afrobeats and afro pop singer. He is an award-winning Ghanaian AfroBeats recording artist. He rose to fame with his participation in the MTN Hitmaker – Season 5, where he showcased his musical prowess to the world with outstanding performances. He came second runner up and the young talent was quickly signed by Richie Mensah, CEO of Lynx Entertainment. Kuami Eugene does not only sings and raps, he is also a record producer and songwriter as well.

In 2020, he picked up Vodafone Ghana Music Awards – Artiste of the Year and Highlife Artist of the Year, 3Music Awards – Highlife Artist of the Year. He also picked up the 'Best New Artiste of The Year' and 'Highlife Artist of The Year' at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (2018). In 2019 he picked up 'Producer of The Year', 'Highlife Artist of The Year' and Album of the year' for his debut album 'Rockstar'.
