Biography

Mercy Masika is one the best singers in Kenya. Apart from being a singer, Mercy is also A song writer, a composer and worship leader at JCC. Her music has been praised as that which is derived from the Bible and is inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Education

Mercy Masika attended Machakos High school for her secondary studies. She later joined Daystar University in 2002. Currently, she is doing an MBA on community development.

Early life

The singer was introduced to music while she was young. Her mother was a singer and she made sure she had passed down the talent to her children. In class 6, the singer produced her first album called nobody like Jesus. In 2007, Mercy formed a singing group which also became a platform of spreading the word of God.

While in secondary school, Mercy produced the second album called ‘Roses will bloom again’. This did not stop even after she joined Daystar University.

Mercy Masika’s marriage

Mercy has a very beautiful family that truly encourages many that there is true love. She is married to David Muguro and they have two lovely kids. On top of that, David is Mercy’s amanger and he is the one who handles the singer’s music stuff.

Mercy’s children

Mercy has two kids. A five-year old daughter, Ranise Muguro and a four year old son Tevita Muguro.
