THE APPLICATION WAS DEVELOPED FULLY FOR CIVIL DEMOCRATIC PURPOSES. THE INFORMATION MANAGED BY THE APPLICATION IS NOT OBTAINED FROM GOVERNMENTAL SOURCES AND IS ENTIRELY GENERATED BY THE USER WHO ACCESSES OPEN SOURCES. THE VOTE-COUNT REPORTS, WHICH ARE THE OPEN SOURCES OF INFORMATION, ARE PREPARED AND DISCLOSED TO THE PUBLIC BY THE VOTE-COUNTING COMMITTEES THAT ARE COMPRISED OF PARTY REPRESENTATIVES WHO ARE CIVIL AND NOT REPRESENTING THE GOVERNMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT HAVE ANY AFFILIATION WITH THE GOVERNMENT. THE APPLICATION DOES NOT WORK ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENT AND IN NO WAY REPRESENTS THE GOVERNMENT.
