App App menyediakan perkhidmatan Konsular & Kebajikan kepada semua Warga Bangladeshi.

‘Dutabash/দূতাবাস’ is a mobile application programmed to bring services at the fingertips of all Bangladesh nationals at home and abroad.

All citizens of Bangladesh at home and abroad will be the beneficiary of this application. The service provider will be MoFA and all foreign missions of the government. It is expected that this application would significantly improve the service quality of this Ministry as well as Missions abroad. This would also bridge the communication gap between people and the Ministry.

The expected benefits of this application would be as follows:

1. Ensure secured preservation of all documents and database of Welfare services

2. Assure Transparency and accountability in terms of public service delivery

3. Engage MoFA and Mission in the same platform through designated focal point officers with designated email address and phone number

4. Electronic tracking system of service requests

5. Reduce hassle and save time for the service recipients.

6. Help build a strong system which might contribute to assisting victims of human trafficking in person.

7. Visualize one-stop service delivery involving all government agencies, e.g. Ministry of Education, Education Board, Law and Justice Division, Security Services Division, Special Branch, Dhaka Metropolitan Police, Universities etc by providing limited access to them.

As you register at ‘Dutabash’, you will be able to apply and pay for any consular and welfare service from your convenient location. Your application will be redirected to the appropriate service delivery station. Your service will also be delivered to your registered email address within the shortest possible time.

If you create an account in the Mobile Application, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.

If you wish to purchase any service made available through the application, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, date of birth, mailing address, Credit/Debit Card information. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

This application complies with the law, namely the Information and Communication Technology Act 2006 (amended in 2009 and 2013), to protect the application from cyber attack.
