The Military Diet plan lets you lose up to 10 pounds (4.5 Kg) in a week
The military diet is a 3-day diet. Follow the 3-day diet plan and then take 4 days off. Repeat the diet again until you reach the weight that you want. The diet is designed to let you lose up to 10 pounds (4.5 Kg) in a week.
The 3-day meal plans are set for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are no snacks in between the meals. The total calorie intake for each day is about 1100 – 1400 calories only. After the 3-day diet, resume your normal diet but stick to a healthy plan. Repeat the 3-day military diet to reach your desired weight.
In addition to the ‘Standard Meal Plan’, you will get 3 extra ‘3-day Meal Plans.’ This app provides the following:

• Military Diet: Alternate Meal Plan 1
• Military Diet: Alternate Meal Plan 2
• Military Diet: Vegetarian/Vegan
You can choose to follow one or all of the meal plans provided. In Week 1, you may follow the Standard Meal Plan. In Week 2, you can choose the Alternate Meal Plan 1 and the following week, the Alternate Meal Plan 2. The purpose is to add a variation to the standard meal plans. The total calories are kept within the same amount as the standard meal plans. The vegetarian/vegan meal plans are for those who avoid or who is allergic to dairy products.
